Role Overview

We're hiring a Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of global marketing campaigns and field events. This is a highly operational, execution-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on organization, cross-functional coordination, and delivering high-quality programs at scale.

You will play a critical role in bringing campaigns and events to life, working across vendors, systems, and internal stakeholders to ensure flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Execution

  • Support the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and field channels
  • Build and launch landing pages, emails, and workflows using marketing automation tools
  • Coordinate timelines, assets, and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery
  • Assist with campaign tracking, reporting, and optimization

Events & Field Marketing

  • Plan and execute virtual and in-person events (webinars, conferences, executive dinners, roadshows)
  • Manage logistics, including venues, travel, shipping, and on-site coordination
  • Own event timelines, budgets, and deliverables in partnership with regional teams

Vendor Management & Procurement

  • Source and manage vendors for events, swag, and marketing materials
  • Handle procurement processes, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery from all vendors

Marketing Operations

  • Upload and manage lead lists post-events and campaigns in CRM and marketing platforms
  • Maintain data accuracy, segmentation, and campaign attribution
  • Support lead routing and basic workflow management

Content & Asset Coordination

  • Coordinate production and distribution of marketing collateral and branded materials
  • Ensure brand consistency across all campaign and event deliverables

Required Experience & Skills

  • 3-4 years of experience in marketing, events, or marketing operations
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, RingCentral, and Google Workspace
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience coordinating events and managing vendors end-to-end
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a B2B SaaS or database/infrastructure company
  • Exposure to global marketing teams and multi-region campaign exec
