MDM Solution Consultant | About You
As an MDM Solution Consultant, you are responsible for handson configuration and development within a modern Master Data Management platform. You bring deep experience working with MDM concepts and enjoy shaping highquality, governed master data through thoughtful modeling and configuration. You are comfortable translating business requirements into entity models, match rules, and survivorship logic. You thrive in deliveryoriented environments where speed, quality, and best practices matter. You work collaboratively with architects, data engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure a successful MDM faststart deployment.
MDM Solution Consultant | Day-to-Day
- Perform handson configuration of the Profisee MDM SaaS platform across core master data domains.
- Design and implement data preparation, entity modeling, and attribute definitions.
- Configure match, merge, and survivorship rules, including tuning for automatch and potential match scenarios.
- Implement data quality and data standardization rules aligned with business requirements.
- Partner with business and technical teams to validate MDM configurations and stewardship workflows.
- Support testing, refinement, and documentation of MDM configurations during faststart delivery.
MDM Solution Consultant | Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience working with MDM platforms or enterprise master data solutions.
- Handson experience with match/merge, survivorship, data quality, and data standardization concepts.
- Experience modeling master data entities, attributes, and relationships.
- Familiarity with Profisee MDM or similar MDM tools (preferred).
- Strong understanding of data governance and stewardship processes.
- Ability to work effectively in offshore delivery teams supporting onshore architects and stakeholders.
