Full-time Position

Full-Life Cycle recruitment. Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
Works with hiring managers to meet and exceed expectations throughout the hiring process.
Ensure client-specific compliance and follow the submission process.
Preferred experience recruiting in the State, Federal, Commercial contract space.
Supports proposal efforts with our Proposal team.
Target-oriented and able to handle surge recruitment

Requirements:
Requires Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a minimum of 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
Experience recruiting for federal agencies, working for clients.
Demonstrated knowledge of using applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media.
Strong knowledge of immigration law.
Experience working in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
Experience with a high volume of requirements is required.
