Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled senior WordPress Developer with over 4 years of experience in handling high-complexity projects and custom WordPress development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, and plugins, along with a strong grasp of front-end and back-end development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Development:
  Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Collaboration:
  Work closely with the design and content teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites.
• Theme & Plugin Customization:
  Implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
• Performance Optimization:
  Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO.
• Troubleshooting:
  Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
• Technical Support:
  Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical support and code reviews.
• Project Management:
  Work with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Performance Testing:
  Conduct regular website performance tests and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Industry Knowledge:
  Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress and web development.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:
  Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in WordPress development.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
  • Extensive experience with WordPress theme and plugin development.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Experience with website performance optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and tools.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Preferred Qualifications:
