Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Agile ways of working and extensive knowledge in Banking Payments domain. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing projects from inception to completion, managing global and regional stakeholders and ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key skillsets and responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
• Utilize Agile methodologies to plan, execute, and monitor project progress.
• Strong communication skills and should be able to drive independent workshops and project steerco
• Ability to manage global and regional senior stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management & communication skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on experience on change framework/ project management frameworks.
• Strong understanding of the full product development lifecycle and product management processes
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports.
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to senior management and stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team
• Expertise on Project management tools like JIRA, Confluence
• Strong knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Banking Payments domain.
• Knowledge of working on SWIFT (MT 103, MT101, MT202, MT202 Cov), ISO 20022 migration - SWIFT transformation of MT to MX worldwide for all banking payment & non-payment messages is preferred
• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
