Burson India is looking for an Account Manager - Digital (Social Media) in Mumbai. The individual must have experience leading campaigns that involve short and long form content across digital platforms. The role will require campaign and content planning, content review, and campaign analytics.
What you'll do:
- Help plan the digital & internal communications content for various programs, events, and projects.
- Help plan social media content and campaigns with the account team (including copywriters, designers, and media buyers)
- Help develop newsletters, websites, and other communication products.
- Distill work from research and practice, and other programmes and write content in an accessible language.
- Collaborate with multiple teams within the company to find engaging and compelling stories for internal and external stakeholders.
- Be thorough and meticulous in ensuring consistency in tonality in content, across channels (internal and external).
- Stay updated on social media trends and build relationships with key influencers and community contacts to optimize channels.
- Use data and analytics to make content recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports on content performance across various platforms.
- This role may require occasional travel for out-of-town events and projects.
- You must possess a strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations.

Social Influencer Skills

Experience that contributes to success:
- 4+ years of work experience in content writing, social media, digital marketing
- Graduation / post-graduation in Marketing, Communication or Public relations.
- You must possess a strong familiarity with how Generative AI tools are used across communications programmes, especially in planning, research, ideation, content creation, and daily operations to drive relevance and efficiency
- Can comfortably manage multiple simultaneous tasks with multiple stakeholders.
- Should possess effective communication skills - especially written, oral and presentation skills.
