About Dostt (Friendship App)

Dostt is a rapidly growing startup revolutionizing the way people connect and form friendships. Our app facilitates audio and video calls between users for meaningful conversations and entertainment.

Superdostt supply team is at the epicenter of Dostt, and is one of the most crucial teams for the product. We're looking for an experienced person with strategic insights and operational excellence who is willing to lead the supply strategy and operations of a language diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own KRAs around supply availability and performance

• Supply Availability - Ensuring we have enough supply to match the PDAU, Active Hosts /Total Hosts Onboarded

• Performance - Total Talk time per host per day , Call Pick Up Rate

• Supply Retention

1. Strategy - Plan(40%) and execute(60%) small experiments to improve supply side metrics - call duration, conversation quality, auditing framework

Requirements - Must have

• South Indian language proficiency - proficiency in Telugu or Tamil

• Minimum 1 year of experience in consulting, supply operations, strategy ops, business operations, sales strategy

• Engineering or MBA from a premier college

• Has to be good with data(data retrieval and analysis)

• Experience handling a team and team level KPIs
