Onboarding Specialist
Onboarding Operations & Implementation Support
Deliver end-to-end onboarding activities for assigned regions (ASA, MENA, EUA)
Monitor pre-employment requirements (background checks, documentation, system updates) in line with defined policies and flag all required updates
Track onboarding progress and ensure milestones are met within SLAs
Execute onboarding processes aligned to regional requirements
Adapt workflows based on guidance from manager and project team
Support issue resolution during implementation periods
Act as operational point of contact for recruiters, HRBPs, and HR Helpdesk (Accenture)
Process Documentation, Knowledge Capture & Transition Support to Accenture
Gather onboarding activities currently performed by Bridge team, managers, and HRBPs
Document workflows, steps, dependencies, and required inputs in a structured format
Identify inconsistencies or gaps and escalate to manager for resolution
Maintain clear, accurate, and audit-ready process documentation
Support knowledge transfer activities to HR Helpdesk (Accenture)
Prepare process guides, templates, and trackers for handoff
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure completeness of information
Track transition progress, timelines, and risks
Flag issues impacting readiness or service continuity
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (required)
Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., MBA, PGDM, HR specialization) preferred
4+ years of experience in HR Operations, onboarding, or Talent Acquisition coordination
Experience in process documentation, SOP creation, or operational transitions
Exposure to multi-region onboarding environments preferred
Experience working with shared services or third-party vendors is an advantage

Onboarding Transformation & Candidate Experience
Support the onboarding manager in evolving onboarding processes and improving the candidate/new hire experience
Contribute to the development of more consistent, scalable onboarding practices
Identify process inefficiencies and experience gaps based on operational insights
Provide input and data to support improvements in onboarding journeys, communications, and touchpoints
Assist in implementing enhancements to onboarding workflows, tools, and candidate interactions
Coordination & Stakeholder Support
Partner with Global Recruitment, HRBPs, hiring managers, and HR Helpdesk
Provide status updates on onboarding progress and transition activities

Escalate issues requiring decision or policy clarification
Data, Tracking & Compliance
Maintain accurate data across systems, trackers, and reports
Ensure documentation is complete and aligned with compliance requirements
Support audit readiness by maintaining organized records
