We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic data onboarding team in Chicago. This role is a unique blend of technical and client-facing responsibilities, positioned to drive the onboarding and automation of client data for our market-leading products. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst you will be instrumental in bridging the gap between client needs and our technical solutions, ensuring data quality and seamless integration.

You will report into the Manager of Business Systems Analysis and collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, client teams, and cross-functional partners across Epsilon and Publicis Groupe.

Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand data requirements, translate them into detailed documentation, and establish clear mapping rules for data integration.
- Data Analysis: Analyze client data, design scalable onboarding and automation solutions, and present data findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between clients, developers, pre-sales teams, and other partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment on data-related matters.
- Quality Assurance: Engage in code reviews, verify business rules are applied correctly, and maintain high data integrity across our databases.
- Reporting: Share initial data onboarding reports with internal teams and provide ongoing updates on data loading and maintenance events.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams, understanding and addressing the unique needs of each partnership.
Qualifications
- Analytical Expertise: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and multi-functionally within a team.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership abilities with a good sense of ownership and accountability.
- Client Interaction: Experience in working with clients and cross-functional teams, with clear and effective communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, understanding of relational database design, data warehousing concepts, and ETL systems.
- Technical Tools: Familiarity with Linux for file archival, Python, Shell scripting (a plus), and experience in AdTech (a plus).
- Time Management: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet service-level agreements.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a role related to data onboarding, data solutions engineering, or similar fields.
