Overview

Responsibilities:

Leverage prior experience working with media agencies, trading desks, or programmatic technology partners to drive campaign success and strategic programmatic initiatives.

Lead end-to-end campaign execution across major local DSPs and programmatic platforms, ensuring best practices in setup, optimization, and measurement.

Utilize in-depth knowledge of DSP and exchange economics to negotiate trading benefits, secure preferred deals, and optimize buying efficiency.

Maintain and grow relationships with key local publishers, data partners, and programmatic product vendors to unlock unique media opportunities and audience insights.

Apply deep understanding of programmatic trading models (open auction, PMPs, preferred deals, programmatic guaranteed) to balance advertiser performance goals with publisher monetization strategies.

Translate complex programmatic and adtech concepts into simple, non-technical language for clients and internal stakeholders-e.g., explaining cookie syncing, lookalike modeling, or identity graphs in a clear, relatable way.

Manage and mentor the team, overseeing their performance and development

Responsibilities

Required Experience:

4+ years of digital media experience, preferably in a media agency or trading desk.

Proficient in Google Marketing Platform (DV360, Campaign Manager, GA360).

Hands-on expertise with leading AdTech and MarTech platforms.

Experience in programmatic strategy, client decks, and new business pitches.

Strong understanding of programmatic platforms and campaign execution.

Strategic mindset with a focus on scaling existing business.
