We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for professionals who have a strong foundation in sales and are looking to build expertise in leasing and workspace solutions. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales pipeline, driving leasing closures, and delivering accurate monthly reports and projections. The role requires a mix of strategic thinking, client relationship management, and execution excellence.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline Management:
Own and manage the complete sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. Ensure consistent follow-ups, track deal progress, and maintain CRM hygiene. Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively work to improve conversion rates. - Leasing & Deal Closure:
Drive leasing activities by engaging with prospective clients, understanding their workspace requirements, and offering tailored solutions. Conduct site visits, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure timely closures aligned with business targets. - Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and partners. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business needs and providing suitable workspace solutions. - Monthly Reporting & Projections:
Prepare and present accurate monthly sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline projections. Analyze performance metrics and provide insights to improve sales efficiency and predictability. - Market Intelligence:
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks. Use insights to refine sales strategies and positioning. - Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
Must-Have Skills
- Strong experience in pipeline management with a data-driven approach
- Hands-on exposure to leasing and deal negotiations
- Ability to create and maintain monthly reports and sales projections
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Good-to-Have Skills
- Exposure to corporate real estate
- Experience in managed workspace or coworking industry
- Understanding of commercial leasing processes and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in sales, leasing, or real estate solutions
