Job Description
>Work on backend support for sales team.
>Ability to work in ERP
>Efficient order management abilities.
>Good with MS office tools, Mainly Excel.
>Monitor order queue throughout the day, any stuck orders to be reviewed and to be cleared with the help of respective parties involves.
> Work with team to process orders, Follow the instruction on the mail/Checklists while processing the orders and ensure timelines are being adhered to at all times
