We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient individual to join our team as a Survey Specialist. As a Survey Specialist, you will support our Tech & Data team and you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining surveys and dashboards using the Qualtrics EX platform (Examples: employee engagement, lifecycle and 360 feedback). You will also be responsible for preparing and processing data with a variety of data sources to be integrated with our survey results. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of surveys and delivering actionable dashboards and reports in support of KPMG's People Experience strategy.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

  • Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills (Verbal & Written)

  • Analytical/Decision Making, Critical Thinking, Problem-solving and be very detail oriented

  • Experience working in an agile methodology

  • Knowledge on tools like Power BI, SQL, Alteryx, SharePoint etc.

  • Additional ETL or Visualization tool knowledge will be highly preferred

  • Must be able to work with minimal direction and be very flexible to coordinate complex activities that are often subject to rapid or extensive changes

  • Should have extensive stakeholder interaction

  • Work across functional lines to strive for and ensure consistent data quality
  • Conduct continuous review of reports and identify opportunities for improvements with the aim of minimizing redundant reporting and development of single source
  • Identify, Analyze, and Interpret data trends or patterns using statistical techniques relating to key performance indicators in complex data sets
  • Provide increased focus on analytics and emphasize on providing valuable insights to drive improvement opportunities
  • Automate & translate reporting needs into reports and dashboards
  • Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, standards and practices related to data management, risk and compliance
