Education / professional qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree in a field related to healthcare. Master's degree in management preferred.

Prior Experience:
The candidate must have 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, If possible in a professional services firm / consulting / Big 4 / Healthcare Industry

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of healthcare transformation initiatives and core healthcare operations engagements for clients from global markets.
• Engage with clients to gather project requirements and ensure deliverables meet their needs.
• Actively participate in client presentations, workshops, and meetings to communicate project progress and recommendations.
• Develop strong stakeholder relationships through regular communication and proactive problem-solving.
• Provide support in proposal creation and assist in the development and finalization of market-leading bids.
• Contribute to the development of new solution offerings in the healthcare domain by developing a deep understanding of emerging healthcare topics.
• Utilize data analysis techniques to analyze healthcare data and generate insights using tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Stay updated on healthcare industry, regulations, and developments to provide expert insights and high-quality consultation to clients
