Educational qualifications
Professional Chartered Accountancy qualification (ICAI)
Work experience
3+ year experience with a Big 4 in a client facing environment working with corporate and/or international clients Skillset
Preferred technical & functional skills
Technical skills:
In depth knowledge of external/statutory audits and audit methodology as per Standards on Auditing
Understanding of international GAAP, IFRS and Internal controls over Financial reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Proficiency/Working knowledge of Adobe Professional would be an added advantage

We are recruiting for a Assistant Manager in the Germany Audit Corporate team. Working as a Assistant Manager in this team, your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing a team of fresh graduates and experienced professionals working on audits for Germany
Auditing financial statements of international clients and performing an in-charge role
Act as main point of contact for departments and build strong relationships with key contacts in Germany
Work with the senior management and key German contacts to develop business and grow the team
Make regular contact with Germany to ensure staff are booked to audits and utilized effectively and take feedback on quality of
work delivered
Track key metrics related to type of work performed, quality of deliverables and feedback from Germany
Develop and deliver training sessions based on the themes identified from onshore feedback and quality reviews
Work with L&D team to identify training needs
Work with Recruitment team to support hiring needs
Act as the Performance Manager and lead the career development of team members
Coach Seniors on performing reviews and developing their team members
Motivate and develop Seniors to be effective team leaders
