Cyber Security Senior Analyst

1. IC with functional knowledge of cyber security and information security processes and expert domain knowledge
2. Assist functional manager in performing day to day security activities/operations by working independently; handling larger projects or assignments
3. Analyze the problem statements, define and execute the desired solutions; mentor team members
4. Work inline to defined processes, framework and provide regular functional updates to manager
5. Ability to prioritize deliverables and work in consultation with manager and other seniors in the team
6. Contribute to various functional initiatives with larger responsibilities
7. Get involved in on boarding new colleagues.
8. Contribute/collaborate to the success of transversal projects or projects involving several teams.
9. Contribute to operational efficiency project by implementing improvement of controls or team orga that shows operational effeciency gains validated by the management
10. Active involvement to move the respective control in MIRIS with positive KPIs
11. Think automation & AI first

At least 3-5 years' experience within the risk security domain, security assessment and controls performer

Individual contributor with logical thinking with problem solving abilities

Good general knowledge of IT and IT security

Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills, working with all different levels of management

Good to have French speaking ability

Able to build strong working relationships with peers and work as a strong team player

Proven understanding on the applied risks and security practices in the IT domain.

Demonstration of autonomy and proactiveness.

Certifications like CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, ISO27001 would be preferred added advantage

Should be Quick learner & proactively take ownership

Strong a self-starter who could operate independently and demonstrates complete ownership over assigned objectives in a "semi-structured" environment
