Feature Engineering Manager

Good understanding of the overall Technology landscape and emerging technologies.
Provent experience on working and leading team on JAVA Technologies ( Core JAVA, Springboot, Spring, Hibernate, Angular, React)
Strong business understanding, production orientation and knowledge of the SG application landscape
Strong business knowledge on the Collateral management domain and applications within the Tribe
Strong project management skills (Scoping, Estimation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring) and Agile Master capabilities.
Ability to navigate within the organization and resolve blockers for the team
Manage Production / Process Health through clearly defined KPI/KRIs
Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Perform budgeting, forecasting, planning, monitoring, pricing and reporting.
Build a culture of Continuous Improvement within the team and identify automation use cases and take them to implementation
Good people management abilities - Responsible for chapter activities and managing people and recognition of key talent
Strong communication skills - Ability to influence and communicate at different levels with ease
Strong risk orientation - control on IT Risk, Obsolescence, Vulnerabilities
Manage LOD2, LOD3, External audits efficiently
Manage controls effectively
