About this role:

As an AI Product Associate, you'll work at the intersection of AI systems, product design, and automation - turning ideas into scalable internal tools and user-facing experiences. You'll scope products end-to-end, build MVPs, automate workflows using LLMs and n8n, and constantly experiment to improve how products are built and delivered.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Scope, design, and structure new product ideas into clear, testable flows and MVPs.
  • Use LLMs and AI tools to accelerate product thinking, research, and decision-making.
  • Build lightweight automations and internal tools using n8n and LLM APIs.
  • Design and visualize product logic, edge cases, and user journeys through Figma or flow maps.
  • Analyze product performance and identify opportunities to improve speed, clarity, or outcomes.
  • Write concise PRDs, experiment notes, and documentation that capture product logic and reasoning.
  • Continuously explore new AI models, plugins, and frameworks to enhance product workflows.

Ideal Persona:

  1. Use ChatGPT/Gemini for 10+ hours a week, have at least one active AI subscription
  2. Has built at least 5+ projects (App, Website, Prototypes, ChatBots) and at least 1-2 projects around the same topic.
  3. Knows in and out of AI, can create automated workflows
  4. Has a habit of documenting/recording conversations and thoughts (or has a lot of notes within their notes app)
  5. Has vibe-coded at least 2+ projects and uses tools like Cursor/Claude Code/GitHub Co-Pilot
  6. Can read & understand code, and knows basics of coding - Variables, Functions, Classes etc.

Skills:

  • LLM Proficiency & Prompt Engineering - Understands when to "humanize" vs. "automate."
  • Automation (n8n) - Hands-on with n8n for workflow automation.
  • Learning & Adaptability - Learns new tools and frameworks extremely fast; self-driven to explore new AI, automation, and product systems to improve workflows.
  • Product Thinking - Can scope products from idea to MVP, mapping user flows, edge cases, and second-order effects of product logic.
  • Design Execution - Comfortable using Figma or Canva for quick prototypes, visual flows, and journey mapping.
  • Data Analysis - Skilled at SQL, deep research using tools like Perplexity, Gemini, and ChatGPT.

Technical & Systems Understanding

  • Understands how frontend, backend, APIs, LLMs, databases, and servers interact; can write or edit lightweight code (Python/JS/SQL) and use tools like Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
