Senior Systems Analyst - Job Description
The Expertise You Have
Bachelor's degree required; technology-related field preferred
5+ years of project delivery experience in a systems or business analyst role
3+ years working on agile teams delivering value in digital products (Agile/Scrum experience preferred)
Experience with systems development methodologies and formal documentation processes
Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Experience with project management in a technology/software development organization
Experience crafting web-based transactional applications in Agile/Scrum methodology, including requirements, user stories, and project tracking using JIRA
Knowledge of the financial services industry and contact center/telephony space is a plus
Experience with APIs is a plus
Experience with contact center integration projects
Familiarity with Genesys or similar telephony platforms

Experience solving complex business problems and translating them into simple software solutions, and Experience in handling L1 and L2 tickets and client reported issues
Comfortable working in a highly matrixed environment involving multiple partners and technical groups, Prepare weekly/monthly reports on issues reported, fixed etc and Channelized the tickets to L3 and L4, track it to closure as per SLA
Compensation, Benefits and Duration
Minimum Compensation: USD 36,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 126,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
