Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled OTM Consultant to support and lead Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise across OTM modules, SQL, and OTM Cloud, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Lead and deliver full-cycle OTM implementations including design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Configure and customize OTM modules to meet complex business requirements.
- Work with OTM Cloud solutions, providing both functional and technical expertise.
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Provide post-implementation support, resolving functional and technical issues.
- Ensure documentation, best practices, and smooth knowledge transfer.
- Strong hands-on experience with OTM modules (planning, execution, fleet management, freight settlement, etc.).
- Proven expertise in OTM Cloud implementations.
- Advanced SQL knowledge.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Successful OTM Implementation and ongoing support for business-critical operations.
