Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Develop and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement automation, scripting, and performance optimization for ITSM processes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and governance policies.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new features to leverage platform capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs.
- Expertise in workflow design, business rules, and UI policies.
- Experience with integration protocols (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/ CAD/ CIS certifications.
- Exposure to ITOM, HRSD, or CSM modules.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
