Job Purpose

• Conceptualize, design, and implement technical architecture and solutions in client environments.
• Provide guidance on high-level design solutions and reduce project risk through accurate effort estimation and team skills.

Job Description

• Conceptualize and create the technical architecture framework per project specifications.
• Design and review high-level technical product designs as per client requirements.
• Guide teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement the technical architecture framework in client environments.
• Create reusable documents capturing all facets of project progress.

Requirements

• Experience: 8+ years in IT infrastructure implementation, particularly in Enterprise Tools and/or Automation areas.
• Technical expertise in 2-3 service lines among Cloud, Enterprise Tools, Automation/AI, and Operations Management.
• Strong operations background and experience in designing and implementing tools infrastructure.
• Educational qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, or Engineering (minimum); preference for Master's (M.S., MBA, or MTech).
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills with user-friendly communication abilities.
• Flexibility to work weekends and across time zones when required.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks effectively in high-pressure environments.
• Willingness to travel to perform required functions.
• Flair for mentoring and ability to work in diverse team environments.

Responsibilities

• Consult on domain-specific issues and provide recommendations or solutions for improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams to develop and implement agreed processes or solutions.
• Provide functional architecture for domain-specific use cases after conducting surveys and analysis.
• Understand domain-specific issues faced by clients.
