Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB).
- Design and implement system integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
- Customize workflows, business rules, and UI policies to optimize ITSM processes.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for ServiceNow applications.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow releases and new integration features.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM development.
- Hands-on experience with REST, SOAP, APIs, Integration Hub, and MID Server.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow development tools.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills
- ServiceNow CSA/CIS certifications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- Familiarity with HRSD, ITBM, or CSM modules.
