Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant
Location: Pune
Exp: 6+ Years

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Project related activities support:
a. Support the Oracle HCM Cloud new feature implementations and enhancements,
including configuration, integrations, and data migrations.
b. Issue Resolution
c. Incident & problem management
d. Manage project timelines, ensure milestones are met and coordinate activities across
teams
e. Manage and oversee the migration activities
f. Testing & Validations
g. Post-implementation, provide sustainment support, including issue resolution and minor
enhancements.
h. User Training & support
i. Patch release- new feature impact analysis & Testing
2. Requirement Gathering and Analysis
a. Collaborate with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture detailed
business requirements.
3. Documentation
a. Develop and maintain clear, concise and comprehensive documentation including
business requirements, functional specifications and user stories.
4. Process flow creation
a. As and when required design and document process flows to support business
operations and project objectives
5. Communication of Updates & Timelines
a. Effectively communicate project updates and potential risks to stakeholders and
business operations owners/ leads.
6. Follow- Ups:
a. Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure that all project deliverables are
on track and deadlines are met.
7. Coordination:
a. Work closely with Business operations teams and Project teams.
Experience & Skills:
More than 5+ years of experience as an Oracle HCM Consultant.
Strong functional expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Core HR- Mandatory, Recruiting
cloud- Mandatory, Absence/Time & Labor, Benefits & others - Good to have)
Familiarity/ experience with Oracle tools like HCM Extracts, HDL, and OTBI.
Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Ms Project etc, process flow tools like Visio,
Lucid Chart etc. Incident Management Tool like ServiceNow and document management systems
Analytical skills- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work with complex data and
information to derive insights
Communication Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with
business leads and technical teams
Proven experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders and delivering within tight
timelines
Experience working in business operations environments.
