Job Description:

We are seeking a strong Siebel Technical Resource to design| develop| enhance| and support enterprise applications built on Siebel CRM| MuleSoft middleware| and full-stack technologies. This role will focus on building new features| improving complex code bases| supporting integrations| and working closely with QA and production support teams to deliver high-quality| scalable solutions. The candidate should also be comfortable troubleshooting complex issues in production environments supporting critical network topology and customer-facing operations.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop new features from scratch| enhance existing functionality| and optimize performance across Siebel CRM| MuleSoft| and full-stack applications.
• Work on projects that support and improve network topology-related systems and workflows.
• Understand| explain| refactor| and improve complex code bases to improve maintainability and scalability.
• Collaborate with Development QA and System QA teams to define and execute regression testing strategies for new changes.
• Partner with Level 3 Engineering Support to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues impacting customers.
• Participate in code reviews| technical design discussions| and ensure adherence to engineering best practices.
• Support deployments and release activities| ensuring stability across environments.

Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree (or equivalent practical experience)| OR relevant technical experience in enterprise application development support.
Required Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience with Siebel Configuration| Siebel Scripting| and Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration).
• Experience working with middleware technologies such as MuleSoft.Experience with one or more programmingscripting technologies Java| Python| Perl| Angular| Node.js.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL (data validation| analysis| troubleshooting).
• Experience working on LinuxUnix platforms.

Preferred Desired Skills:

• Experience building scalable enterprise solutions using Siebel MuleSoft full-stack applications.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality| complex code at scale.
• Strong ownership mindset self-disciplined| self-motivated| and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced| results-driven environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exposure to modern engineering practices such as CICD| automated testing| and performance tuning (preferred).
• Domain Experience (Preferred)
• Enterprise Asset Management (EAM).Network Telecom domain.
• Ticket Incident Service Management systems
