Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Experience: 3-5 years Job Description:
With experience in using SAP SuccessFactors modules especially Employee Central, Performance Management, and Compensation whether as a user or as an administrator.
With at least 3-5 years of change manage experience focusing on:
developing end user guides in different formats (powerpoint, pdf, screen recording/video) for different personas – users, admin, managers
developing work instructions
developing process flows, identifying AS-IS and TO-BE processes and identifying GAPS (can assess business impacts brought by these gaps)
Adept in using Microsoft Visio for process flows, and swim lane diagrams
