Key Responsibilities:
Configure projects, workflows, issue types, and permissions in Atlassian Jira.
Manage users, roles, and system settings.
Develop custom automations and scripts using tools like Script Runner for Jira.
Integrate Jira with tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and CI/CD tools.
Create dashboards, reports, and automation rules.
Provide support and training to users.
Required Skills:
Jira administration and workflow customization
Knowledge of Atlassian REST API
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments
