Job Description:
  • Expert in creating solutions using New Relic One and deploying them to production to extract maximum value for the customer
  • End-to-end execution and implementation of New Relic solutions on complex customer environments (On-Prem/Cloud/Hybrid Cloud)
  • Involvement in projects requiring New Relic solutions from inception and proof of concept to complete implementation
  • Present and demonstrate Application Performance Management (APM) to prospective clients
  • Understand customer challenges and coordinate with vendors for customized solutions if needed
  • Understanding of application architecture with demonstrated root cause analysis (RCA) skills
  • Experience working on Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and understanding of SOAP- and REST-based architecture
  • Hands-on knowledge of alerting and incident creation
  • Collaborate with teams to improve APM processes and tools continuously
  • Develop and own KPIs to measure performance against expected business outcomes
  • 3+ years of experience in NRQL
  • Knowledge in planning, designing, and maintaining applications with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Nginx, Linux, New Relic, and Data Dog
  • Subject Matter Expert in enterprise monitoring, including APM, synthetic monitoring, browser monitoring, and log monitoring
  • Experience in APM and infrastructure monitoring for hybrid business applications and infrastructure
  • Provide health and performance reports, develop AIOps rules, and create alerts and custom dashboards
  • Experience in creating workloads and user onboarding
  • Effective operational support for various enterprise monitoring tools
  • Assist application support teams in developing and deploying effective monitoring profiles for key applications and services
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficient in NRQL and dashboards, including GraphQL API, NRQL builder, chart creation, dashboard customization, and data export using NRQL and PromQL
  • Expertise in APM monitoring for Java, .NET, PHP, Ruby, Python, Go, C SDK, Node.js, and APM transactions
  • Proficient in alerts and AI, including policy creation, anomaly detection, sources, workflows, muting rules, destinations, events, and incidents
  • Expertise in browser monitoring, including page views, Ajax requests, session performance, JavaScript errors, page load timing, browser agents, and real user monitoring
  • Experience in coding with Python, JavaScript, and Terraform
  • Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies
  • Ensure positive customer experience and high CSAT through first call resolution and minimal reopened cases
  • Participate or contribute to creating proposals and service improvement plans for business development
  • Independently resolve tickets while meeting SLA requirements for volume and time
  • Provide L3-level support for on-call escalations and manage incidents and problems
  • Engage in value-adding activities such as knowledge base updates, training, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews or hiring drives
