| Role: HR Ops Advisor [Off-boarding] Work Location: SSKC Hyderabad Project Duration: 18 months project Exits of India, MEA and APAC Excellent communication skill required as the Advisor will be interacting with multiple stakeholders and will be assisting our employees internally with queries on exit related processes. Experience Range: 5+ years into Experience Management, Customer Service / HR/ Shared Services environment, Data handling, Vendor management Coordinating with internal teams- like payrolling, vendor teams Handling queries from employees and other stakeholders. Good to have working knowledge in SAP, MS Excel- medium-advanced level, involves lot of working in Excel, MS Office Suite Interview Process: 2 rounds of interview (Teams interview) Candidate will be interviewed in 3 major areas stated below:
