Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Agile Practices:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Implement and promote agile best practices within the team.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Project Management:
- Independently manage multiple projects of varying complexities.
- Ensure quality and timeline adherence in all project deliverables.
- Oversee the organization, management, and analysis of client data.
- Data & Analytics:
- Conduct logical, accuracy, and consistency checks on data.
- Utilize tools like SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel, and PPT for data management and analysis.
- Create visually impactful dashboards in Tableau for data reporting.
- Extract, interpret, and analyze data to identify key metrics and transform raw data into actionable insights.
- Develop and manage Tableau-driven dashboards and analytics.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Participate in requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and manage data analytics and reporting activities with stakeholders.
- Provide strategic insights to senior leaders and other key stakeholders to drive decision-making.
- Technical Expertise:
- Architect, manage, and engineer high-volume/scale data integration performance.
- Act as a leader on next-generation data analytics architectures/tools/solutions.
- Drive the sizing effort related to data analytics work and plan resource allocation.
- Incident Management:
- Handle incident management processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Keep leadership informed of progress and issues, providing candid feedback in a timely manner.
- RFP Knowledge:
- Utilize RFP knowledge to identify opportunities and build new service offerings in the data analytics and technologies space.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Minimum of 12 years
- Education: Master's degree
- Fields of Study: Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Management Information Systems
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, VBA, Excel, PPT, and Tableau.
- Experience in creating and managing Tableau dashboards.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume data integration and performance.
