This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust Salesforce solutions tailored to business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and deploy Salesforce solutions with a focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL) to optimize field service processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and triggers to meet business needs.
- Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and other systems to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
- Keep abreast of Salesforce platform updates and best practices to continually enhance solution design and delivery.
- Document technical specifications, design solutions, and maintain comprehensive user guides.
- Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers as needed.
- 3-10 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with significant experience in Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Proficiency in Salesforce development languages and tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including security models, data management, and integration strategies.
- Experience in configuring and customizing FSL to improve field service operations and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Preferred: Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Field Service Lightning Consultant or Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II.
- Experience with additional Salesforce products like Sales Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with version control and continuous integration tools.
