Sr Instructional Designer

As discussed, we have a requirement for a Sr Instructional designer. Could you please share some good profiles for the JD.

Sharing the job description for the role of an Sr Instructional Designer (ID).

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline is a must.
• Should have minimum 10 years of instructional design experience within a corporate setting.
• A thorough understanding and knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models is a must.
• Should be an Individual contributor who can contribute from home.
• Should be able to work across different timelines in order to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Able to design, develop and deliver online, blended, and virtual learning experiences.
• Able to create effective ILT and WBT courses.
• Hands-on proficiency in Articulate Storyline, Rise 360, Camtasia, and Vyond is a must. Awareness of other authoring tools and LMS is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with excellent spoken and written communication is a must.
• Must be well versed in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
• Ability to interact with clients and explain the concept behind the storyboard and the instructional design techniques used.
• Should have creativity to write stories, concepts, and scripts for learning modules and gamification training.
