We are seeking a highly motivated and results\-driven Outbound Sales Representative with a minimum of <\/span><\/span>3\-4 years of experience<\/span> <\/span>in educational sales, specifically focusing on <\/span><\/span>Lead Qualification followed by form selling <\/span><\/span>. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential leads, to convert them into qualified opportunities via form submissions. This role is crucial for our top\-of\-funnel growth.<\/span>

  • Prospect Identification:<\/span>
    <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Have Strict Yard sticks to profile candidates to fill up TOFU. <\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

    • Attend, host and present at various platforms\/events curated by the Relationship team and deploy instruments to identify prospects for the Funnel<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

    • Outbound Engagement & Form Selling:<\/span>
      <\/p><\/li>\n

        \n
      • Craft compelling outreach messages (emails, in\-mails, personalized videos) to evoke prospect interest.<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

      • Drive prospects to purchase forms as per various phases. <\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n

      • Lead Qualification & Nurturing:<\/span>
        <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure high\-quality opportunities for the sales team.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Nurture lukewarm leads through follow\-up sequences to encourage eventual form submission.<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

        • Address initial prospect inquiries and overcome basic objections.<\/span>

        • Target Achievement:<\/span>
          <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Consistently meet or exceed weekly\/monthly targets for qualified form submissions and outbound activities.<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>\n

          • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.<\/span>

          • CRM Management:<\/span>
            <\/p><\/li>\n

            • Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records of all sales activities, interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM system.<\/span>

            • Utilize CRM data to identify trends and optimize outbound strategies.<\/span>
