Key Responsibilities

Manage department operations: Scheduling, budgeting, performance reviews, workshops\/seminars.

Build industry partnerships for internships, placements, live projects, and guest sessions.

Promote research, accreditation readiness, and student mentoring for holistic growth.

Qualifications
<\/h2>\n \n Essential:<\/b> <\/span>PhD in Management \/ Business Administration (or pursuing); First\-Class Master's degree (MBA \/ PGDM with minimum 55% marks from AICTE\-approved institution).
<\/p><\/li>\n Desirable:<\/b> <\/span>NET \/ SLET \/ SET qualification.
<\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>Experience
<\/h2>\n \n Minimum 10 years in teaching \/ research \/ industry (at least 5 years at Associate Professor level or equivalent).
