Junior Designer
Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Designer to produce high-impact assets that bring our brand to life and support lead generation across campaigns. From social media graphics to web visuals, video, print, and event materials, this role involves producing visually compelling content that's on-brand and performance-focused.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Execution
- Adapt designs across formats and channels based on brief requirements
- Design campaign assets across digital, print, social, web, and multimedia formats
- Support creative execution focused on lead generation and brand authority
- Collaborate with the marketing team to bring content, event, and advertising ideas to life
Quality & Brand Consistency
- Maintain alignment with Roboyo's brand guidelines across all mediums
- Review and revise creative work based on feedback from stakeholders
Qualifications:
- A strong portfolio showcasing cross-channel creative work is required
- 0-2 years of experience in graphic or multimedia design
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with design tools like Figma or Canva
- Understanding of visual storytelling and layout for performance marketing
- Experience with animation, video editing, or illustration is a plus
