Technology Lead

Role Overview

A Technology Lead is responsible for leading the technical design, development, and delivery of software solutions. This role bridges architecture, development, and business needs while guiding a team of engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery of projects
• Define system architecture and design solutions aligned with business requirements
• Guide and mentor development teams (code reviews, best practices)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams
• Ensure high-quality code, performance, and scalability
• Manage integrations across platforms (e.g., SAP, APIs, cloud systems)
• Drive adoption of modern technologies and frameworks
• Handle technical risk assessment and mitigation
• Oversee deployment, release management, and environment setup
• Ensure security, compliance, and governance standards
• Troubleshoot critical production issues

Required Skills

• Strong experience in software development and system design
• Expertise in one or more technology stacks (Java, .NET, Python, etc.)
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as:
  • SAP S/4HANA
  • SAP Cloud Platform Integration
• Knowledge of:
  • Microservices architecture
  • REST/SOAP APIs
  • Cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or Amazon Web Services
• Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
