- Managing a team of 8 IRMs of various grades who sell Insurance policies

- Managing one district of Kerala which consists of 30+ federal bank branches
- Exceeding Business plans on all parameters.
- Regularly updating the performance of Bank Branches to the DGM/GM of Banks.
- Planning, strategizing and achieving the volume every month as a team and own-up the responsibility to every individual team member covering the allocated Branches.
- Forecasting Sales figures in line with the company revenue targetsess than 6-7 yrs in sales & Team handling
