Relationship Manager
Drive mutual fund sales across NDs, KRs, and IFAs
Build and maintain client and channel partner relationships to increase market share
Conduct client/associate meetings to understand needs and provide relevant feedback internally
Develop long-term assets through incremental net sales and repeat business
Share timely insights on client feedback and competitor activities to enable quick responses
Execute sales strategies effectively and achieve assigned targets
Strong knowledge of capital markets and mutual fund industry
Effective communication and influencing skills
Ability to manage stakeholder alignment both within and outside the firm
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, self-motivated, and confident
NISM VA certification (or ability to complete before joining)
7-10 years of relevant experience in mutual fund sales or distribution
Postgraduate degree (MBA/Finance specialization preferred)
