Presentable with good communication skills / Grooming top priority From the Hotel Industry background / Restaurant operations knowledge would be an added advantage Good in operating Point Of Sale billing system Proactive and good knowledge of the menu in the Restaurant Could upsell and generate revenue in the outlet. This is a needed skill. Welcoming the guest / Meet & greet / guiding then to their respective table. Should have good knowledge on the restaurant / outlet layout Should be good in handling crisis / irate guests Good coordination with kitchen ensuring that the food is served on time Getting the guest feedback and ensuring that they are back / repeat business Handling group of guest in the restaurant in terms of arranging convenient seating so all are comfortable Qualified in Hotel Management / Craft Course / Hospitality Management. Any of the courses mentioned from 6 month diploma and above. Salary would be between 12-15K
