Job Description*
• Experience in Unix shell and ability to run commands
o Previous experience writing scripts (Shell, Python, Perl, etc) would be favourable
• Experience using APMs and Monitoring tools (New Relic, Splunk)
o Ability to write queries, create dashboards
o Ability to create and tune alerts
• Service Now experience / Working in an ITIL environment
• 3+ years previous experience providing L2 application support
o Experience in a wide range of technologies from DB, Networking, APIs, MQ, etc
o Experience in banking sector would be favourable
• Must be able to join an on call roster to provide support
