| Description: • Responsible for the technical development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of PeopleSoft HCM applications, ensuring system stability and alignment with business requirements. • Design, develop, and implement application enhancements and defect fixes, managing the full development lifecycle from requirement analysis through deployment and post implementation support. • Demonstrate strong hands on expertise in PeopleCode development, including component, record, and application packages, to support online and batch processes. • Develop, maintain, and optimize Application Engine (AE) programs for batch processing, data manipulation, validations, and automation of HCM business processes. • Build and support Component Interfaces (CI) to facilitate data integrations, conversions, and automated data loads while ensuring data integrity and error handling. • Create, modify, and troubleshoot SQR programs for reporting, batch processing, and data extraction needs. • Leverage strong PL/SQL skills to design and maintain database objects, including tables, views, indexes, packages, procedures, and functions, supporting PeopleSoft HCM application requirements. • Perform database performance tuning, including SQL optimization, indexing strategies, and execution plan analysis to improve system performance and batch run efficiency. • Provide production support, including issue analysis, root cause identification, and timely resolution of application and database related defects. • Ensure compliance with PeopleSoft development standards, best practices, and documentation requirements, supporting auditability and long term maintainability. | |||
