| Description: 1. Portal configuration - Configure and manages all portal settings including Portal properties, themes, headers, footers, knowledge base integration, service catalog linkage, User criteria, etc. 2. Portal UI Development - Build and configure portal pages as per requirement, menus, navigation bars, UI actions, deep-link routing, etc. to deliver a seamless end user interface. 3. Custom Theme Design - Implement custom portal theme using SCSS variables, covering color palettes, typography, spacing and component-level overrides- ensuring brand consistency across all portal pages, widgets and responsive breakpoints. 4. Custom Widget creation - Build multi-purpose widgets featuring complex server side queries, Rest API integration, dynamic rendering logic, muti step form flow tailored business requirement. 5. AI search - Implement and configure ServiceNow AI search within portal - Including setting up profiles, source configuration, synonyms, stop words and search analytics. Good to have knowledge of NLU-powered search capabilities to deliver contextually relevant results across knowledge articles, catalog items, ad records. 6. Portal Debugging and performance optimization - Proficiency in portal issues debugging and widget level performance tuning like lazy loading, minimizing server calls, caching strategies, etc. 7. Understanding of Servicenow CSM modules 8. Problem Solving skill, Good communication skill and ready to work from 11am to 9pm IST shift 9. 3+ years of experience in Servicenow and 1+ in Service Portal ServiceNow service portal development | |||
