Description
• Support EDI and SAP Business Network integration projects
• Configure and maintain EDI messages, particularly Purchase Orders (PO) and Order Confirmations (OC) and invoice processing
• Work with EDI standards such as EDIFACT and ANSI X12
• Assist with SAP Ariba account setup and supplier onboarding activities
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to resolve integration issues
• Monitor EDI transactions to ensure accuracy, reliability, and timely processing
• Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of integration solutions
• Maintain documentation for EDI processes and configurations
Technical Analysis & Support
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration designs.
• Investigate issues related to inbound/outbound IDocs, EDI messages, and communication failures.
• Provide L2/L3 production support, troubleshoot integration failures, and ensure timely resolution.
