SAP SF EC Consultant – Job Description
Role: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) module
- Gather business requirements and translate them into system configuration
- Configure EC components like:
- Organizational Management
- Employee Data
- Workflows
- Business Rules
- Position Management
- Manage data migration, data imports, and validation
- Handle integrations with other modules and systems (Payroll, Time, SAP HCM, etc.)
- Provide support for system testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live activities
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional solutions
- Work closely with HR, IT, and business stakeholders
