Strong hands-on experience in Golang (structs, interfaces, error handling, Go modules).
Good understanding of concurrency basics (goroutines, channels).
Experience building backend systems using REST APIs (JSON, HTTP standards).
Familiarity with gRPC and Protobuf (good to have).
Experience with RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and basic query optimization.
Advanced exposure to message queues/streaming (Kafka/RabbitMQ/SQS).
Understanding of caching concepts (Redis/Memcached).
Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB/Cassandra/DynamoDB – any one).
Experience with Docker and containerized applications.
Basic working knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
Hands-on experience with unit testing and mocking in Go.
Understanding of secure coding practices and basic authentication mechanisms (JWT/OAuth – awareness level).
Ability to debug application issues and analyze logs/metrics.
Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to:
Clearly explain technical concepts and development status to client stakeholders.
Participate in client calls, walkthroughs, and requirement discussions.
Proactively communicate risks, dependencies, and progress updates

Total development experience 7-8 years with 4-5 years on golang
