We are hiring a high-performing Customer Service Representative based in Chandigarh. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, follow ups, and coordination with internal teams using clearly defined processes and tools.

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers professionally via phone, email, and internal systems
Handle customer questions, updates, and concerns with empathy and confidence
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow ups
Use calendars and task management tools to schedule and track customer touchpoints
Follow defined workflows to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Coordinate internally to ensure customer requests are addressed on time
Meet daily and weekly performance expectations related to responsiveness and follow through
Requirements
Exceptional spoken and written English with strong clarity and confidence
Excellent soft skills including empathy, active listening, and problem solving
Strong sense of responsibility and follow through
Comfortable working with structured processes and accountability metrics
Ability to manage multiple customer conversations without losing accuracy
Tech comfortable and able to work with CRMs, calendars, and task tools
Prior customer service, customer success, or coordination experience is preferred
