Programs manager

Free work placement starting on the 1st of September The program manager will be in charge of the content of the frequency, which means 2 teams (15 people each): the playlist and the radio shows. The interest of the post is to create the identity of the radio. What kind of shows, what kind of music. This is also a work of regulation and management. This is a big responsibility according with a strong satisfaction. But more than everything else, this is fun! You will be responsible of a cool radio listened by many students. You will bring them a new culture. After 6 months of a trial period, the radio aims to employs a program manager. If you are doing great, it could be you. The monthly salary would be 2000 euros for 45 hours of weekly work. Requirement: - To be a student - Fluent English - Committed - Maturity - Sense of order - Creativity - Autonomy - Management skills - Legal knowledge - General culture; knowledge - Musical background - Knowledge of the work of speaker, and programmer - Fit with the corporate values - Capability to spread out the values of the radio - Previous experience in a radio or any other media (around 5 years)
