Key Responsibilities: Technical Expertise: Serve as the technical expert on Salesforce products and solutions. Conduct in-depth product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Salesforce to potential clients. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend the most suitable solutions. Good understanding of setting up demo orgs, customizing Salesforce based on customer requirements. Solution Design: Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements. Design and architect Salesforce solutions that address the unique needs of each client. Create detailed technical proposals, including system architecture, integrations, and customizations. Client Engagement: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on Salesforce best practices and industry trends. Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and exceptional service. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support the sales cycle, from initial contact to deal closure. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure a seamless transition from pre-sales to project implementation. Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, products, and industry trends. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for expanding our Salesforce offerings. Qualifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable. Proven experience in pre-sales engineering or technical consulting for Salesforce solutions. Strong understanding of CRM concepts and Salesforce architecture. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations (Europe and Middle East Primarily)
