Key Responsibilities:
Drive end-to-end execution of complex technical programs, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with company goals.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
Create and manage program roadmaps, breaking down initiatives into executable milestones.
Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and proactively drive resolution to maintain delivery momentum.
Establish and standardize program management processes, tools, and best practices for scalability.
Track progress and communicate updates clearly through reports, dashboards, and executive reviews.
Foster cross-functional collaboration and act as the bridge between technical and business teams.
Partner with engineering leads to improve sprint planning, capacity management, and release coordination.

Qualification:
Experience: 2-4 years in program management, preferably within SaaS, AI/ML, or healthcare tech environments.
Technical Understanding: Strong grasp of software development lifecycles, cloud-native systems, APIs, and data workflows.
Project Management Expertise: Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), with hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Asana.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to synthesize technical and business requirements into actionable plans.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams and present to leadership.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field. A Master's degree or PMP/CSM certification is a plus.
