Development Analyst I

Vistex Development Analyst I will be to coordinate the software issues reported by customers and document the resolutions. This position will have constant interactions with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot issues by replicating, debugging, identifying, diagnosing, and resolving second and third level software support issues
• Interact with customers to ensure problems are clearly defined
• Assist customers with issues during software installations and upgrades
• On-call support during product installation/upgrade of customer systems
• Learn and understand the application products developed by the business
• Suggest methods for improving efficiency and service to customers and associates
• Perform other duties as assigned
